Learn more about the DPI and resolution of our printers.

What resolution do I need to set my file to?

  • Our digital Photo printer is set to 300 DPI whilst our Giclée printer’s resolution is 2880 DPI.
  • When preparing your file for printing the file resolution must be set to 300 PPI (Pixels per Inch) for both Photo and Giclée printing.
