De manier waarop je jouw bezorgadres kunt wijzigen, is echter afhankelijk van in welke welke fase van het productieproces je bestelling zich bevindt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allereerst, moet je de productiestatus van je bestelling controleren. Dit doe je via de volgende stappen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Log in op je creativehub account.<\/li><li>Klik rechts bovenaan de pagina op je naam. Volg hiervoor de onderstaande instructies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Royal Mail Tracked 24\u00ae<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor toegang tot de berzorgopties voor een bestelling die al door ons is verzonden via <strong>Royal Mail Tracked 24\u00ae, <\/strong>volg je de onderstaande stappen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ontvangt de ochtend van de levering een e-mail van Royal Mail, met een tijdsperiode van de bezorging. Hierin vind je een rode knop met \u2018Choose a deliver option\u2019, om je bezorging te wijzigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op het volgende scherm voer je de postcode in waarnaar de bestelling wordt verstuurd. Daarna wordt een lijst met opties weergegeven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je kunt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>De leveringsdatum wijzigen<\/strong> Er is een dropdown om de nieuwe datum te kiezen<\/li><li><strong>Bij de buren afleveren <\/strong>Wijzig de bezorging naar een van je buren, waar je een dropdownmenu te zien krijgt met de adressen op je straat.<\/li><li><strong>Bezorgen op mijn adres<\/strong> Ga door met de bezorging op het oorspronkelijke adres, maar als er niemand aanwezig is om dit te ontvangen, kun je het bij de buren afleveren of een veilige plek opgeven waar het wordt geleverd.<\/li><li><strong>Bezorgen op een ander adres <\/strong>Voer een nieuw bezorgadres in. Je bestelling is op dit moment al ingedeeld voor bezorging, maar als Royal Mail niet in staat is om de bestelling op het oorspronkelijke adres te leveren, wordt de bezorging na terugkeer bij het bezorgdepot toegewezen aan het nieuwe adres en binnen 2 dagen hierna geleverd.<\/li><li><strong>Ophalen bij postkantoor &amp; ophalen bij afhaalpunt <\/strong>Bij beide mogelijkheden krijg je een kaart te zien met beschikbare afhaalpunten\/postkantoren waaruit je kunt kiezen.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>DHL Express koerier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de
