permet de connecter un compte creativehub avec une boutique en ligne personnalis\u00e9e sur Shopify, afin de pouvoir automatiser la vente des tirages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Commencez par t\u00e9l\u00e9charger votre (ou vos) fichier(s) de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pr\u00eats pour l\u2019impression sur <strong>creativehub<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Puis listez et vendez vos tirages d\u2019art sur <strong>Shopify<\/strong>, dans une boutique en ligne personnalis\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Ces deux comptes sont ensuite synchronis\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>application Shopify creativehub<\/strong>, et l\u2019application importe automatiquement vos produits de creativehub \u00e0 Shopify.<\/li><li>Quand un tirage est vendu sur Shopify, l\u2019application envoie les Vous pouvez aussi mettre \u00e0 jour la liste manuellement en cliquant sur le bouton \u00ab&nbsp;Actualiser&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette liste comprend une s\u00e9rie d\u2019informations, notamment&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Produit<\/strong>&nbsp;: Le nom du fichier de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans creativehub.<\/li><li><strong>Variante&nbsp;<\/strong>: Le format appliqu\u00e9 au fichier de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans creativehub.<\/li><li><strong>SKU<\/strong>&nbsp;: La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence produit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par creativehub.<br>Nous g\u00e9n\u00e9rons un code SKU unique pour chaque variante du produit, et c\u2019est ce code que nous utilisons quand nous traitons les commandes..<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bouton \u00ab&nbsp;Importer&nbsp;\u00bb figure \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chaque produit. Vous aurez notamment la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier le nom, la description, les photos et le prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;merci de noter les points suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Prix<\/strong>&nbsp;: si vous changez le prix de vente dans Shopify, le co\u00fbt du tirage que nous vous facturerons restera le m\u00eame.<br><br>Vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de baisser le prix de vente au-dessous du montant que nous facturons pour l\u2019impression, ce qui signifie que <strong>vous pourriez perdre de l\u2019argent sur les ventes. En tant que vendeur, c&#8217;est \u00e0 vous de g\u00e9rer vos marges.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u00c9ditions limit\u00e9es<\/strong>&nbsp;: si vous avez activ\u00e9 l\u2019option \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e dans creativehub, elle s\u2019affichera en tant que \u00ab&nbsp;quantit\u00e9 en stock&nbsp;\u00bb sur Shopify. Les quantit\u00e9s sont synchronis\u00e9es, donc quand vous vendrez un tirage en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e, le stock diminuera sur Shopify et un exemplaire de l\u2019\u00e9dition limit\u00e9e sera soustrait dans creativehub.<br><br><strong>La \u00ab&nbsp;quantit\u00e9 en stock&nbsp;\u00bb n\u2019est pas verrouill\u00e9e <\/strong>dans Shopify. Si vous modifiez ce nombre, la quantit\u00e9 dans creativehub ne changera pas. <strong>C\u2019est la responsabilit\u00e9 du vendeur de s\u2019assurer que la quantit\u00e9 de stock de sa boutique en ligne refl\u00e8te les donn\u00e9es entr\u00e9es dans creativehub.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><br>Si vous avez effectu\u00e9 un changement par erreur, une nouvelle importation du produit viendra r\u00e9initialiser la quantit\u00e9 de stock disponible pour s\u2019aligner sur ce qui est enregistr\u00e9 dans creativehub.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Code SKU<\/strong>&nbsp;: De m\u00eame, le code SKU n\u2019est pas verrouill\u00e9. Il peut s\u2019agir de n\u2019importe quelle modification du produit existant, telle que le papier, le format, l\u2019option \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e, ou l\u2019ajout d\u2019une nouvelle variante.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Le produit dans Shopify ne correspond plus au produit list\u00e9 dans l\u2019application <em>Shopify<\/em> <em>creativehub<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution est la m\u00eame dans les deux cas&nbsp;: trouvez le produit dans l\u2019application <em>Shopify creativehub <\/em>et lancez une nouvelle importation en cliquant sur \u00ab&nbsp;Importer&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veuillez noter qu\u2019<strong>il s\u2019agit d\u2019une r\u00e9initialisation compl\u00e8te, qui fera dispara\u00eetre tous les d\u00e9tails personnalis\u00e9s appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 ce produit sur Shopify<\/strong>. Nous vous conseillons de faire une sauvegarde locale de ces d\u00e9tails (sur un document Word, Google ou similaire) pour pouvoir effectuer une remise \u00e0 jour rapide en cas de besoin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous effectuez des modifications sur les variantes du produit dans creativehub, <strong>vous devrez ensuite r\u00e9importer ce produit dans votre liste de produits Shopify<\/strong>. Sinon le produit Shopify correspondant ne sera pas actualis\u00e9 pour refl\u00e9ter ces modifications, et il ne sera plus synchronis\u00e9. S\u2019il est vendu, nous ne pourrons pas traiter la commande.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, si un fichier est supprim\u00e9 dans creativehub, ou si les param\u00e8tres de vente appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 ce fichier sont annul\u00e9s, <strong>le produit correspondant et ses param\u00e8tres ne seront pas automatiquement supprim\u00e9s de votre liste de produits Shopify. <\/strong>Vous devrez alors supprimer manuellement ce produit.
