inherit;\">These two accounts are then synced via the creativehub Shopify app and the app will automatically import your products from creativehub to Shopify.<\/font><\/font><\/li><li><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">When a print is sold on Shopify, the app sends the order details back to creativehub, and then to production at Du kannst die Liste durch Klicken auf die Taste \u201eAktualisieren\u201c manuell aktualisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Liste enth\u00e4lt folgende Informationen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Produkt<\/strong>: Name der Masterdatei in creativehub.<\/li><li><strong>Variante<\/strong>: Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenoptionen, die in creativehub auf die Masterdatei angewendet werden.<\/li><li><strong>SKU<\/strong>: Die Produkt-ID, die von creativehub generiert wird.<br>Wir generieren f\u00fcr jede Produktvariante einen eindeutigen SKU-Code, den wir bei der Auftragsabwicklung verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben jedem Produkt befindet sich die Taste &#8220;Importieren&#8221;. Das zu verwalten, liegt in der Verantwortung des Verk\u00e4ufers.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Limitierte Auflagen:<\/strong> Wenn du die Einstellungen f\u00fcr limitierte Auflagen in creativehub aktiviert hast, wird dies in Shopify als &#8220;Lagermenge&#8221; angezeigt. Diese Zahlen werden synchronisiert. Wenn du also ein Produkt in limitierter Auflage verkaufst, wird der Bestand in Shopify verringert und ein Produkt in limitierter Auflage wird in creativehub abgehakt.<br><br>Die &#8216;Lagermenge&#8217; ist in Shopify <strong>nicht gesperrt <\/strong>. Wenn du diese Nummer bearbeitest, \u00e4ndert sich die Nummer in creativehub nicht. <strong>Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Verk\u00e4ufers, sicherzustellen, dass die Bestandsmenge den in creativehub vorgenommenen Einstellungen entspricht<\/strong>.<br><br>Wenn du sie versehentlich \u00e4nderst, wird durch einen erneuten Import des Produkts die Bestandsmenge auf den Wert zur\u00fcckgesetzt, der in creativehub gespeichert ist.<\/li><li><strong>SKU-Code:<\/strong> Ebenso ist der SKU-Code <strong>nicht gesperrt<\/strong>. Wenn ein SKU-Code ge\u00e4ndert wird, wird dieses Produkt dann nicht mehr als creativehub-Produkt erkannt.<br><br>Bitte beachte: <strong>Verk\u00e4ufe k\u00f6nnen von uns nicht bearbeitet werden, wenn der SKU-Code ge\u00e4ndert wird.<\/strong><br><br>Wenn du ihn versehentlich \u00e4nderst, kannst du das Produkt einfach l\u00f6schen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren alle \u00c4nderungen am bestehenden Produkt, wie z. B. Papierart, Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Einstellungen f\u00fcr eine limitierte Auflage oder das Hinzuf\u00fcgen einer neuen Variante.<\/li><li>Das Produkt in Shopify ist nicht mit dem in der <em>creativehub Shopify-App<\/em> aufgef\u00fchrten Produkt synchronisiert.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung ist f\u00fcr beide gleich: Suche das Produkt in der <em>creativehub Shopify-App<\/em> und importiere es erneut durch Klicken auf &#8220;Importieren&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bitte beachte: Es handelt sich um einen Reset. Alle benutzerdefinierten Details, die auf das Shopify-Produkt angewendet wurden, werden \u00fcberschrieben<\/strong>. Wir empfehlen dir, die Shopify-Produktdaten lokal zu sichern (in einem Word\/Google-Dokument o.\u00e4.), um ein schnelles Update zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn \u00c4nderungen an den Produktvarianten in creativehub vorgenommen werden, <strong>musst du das Produkt anschlie\u00dfend erneut in deine Shopify-Produktliste importieren.<\/strong> Andernfalls wird das Shopify-Produkt nicht aktualisiert, um diese \u00c4nderungen widerzuspiegeln. Somit wird das Produkt dann nicht mehr synchronisiert und wenn es verkauft wird, <strong>k\u00f6nnen wir den Auftrag nicht erf\u00fcllen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn eine Datei in creativehub gel\u00f6scht wird oder wenn die auf diese Datei angewendeten Verkaufseinstellungen entfernt werden, <strong>werden das Produkt und seine Einstellungen in deiner Shopify-Produktliste nicht automatisch entfernt.<\/strong> Dieses Produkt muss manuell gel\u00f6scht werden. Ist dies nicht der Fall und wird es verkauft, <strong>k\u00f6nnen wir den Auftrag nicht erf\u00fcllen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
