Your drop shipping orders appear in your creativehub account once they have been sent to theprintspace production system. This means that for any particular day\u2019s orders, you will be able to view them on creativehub only the day after. That is when they have been sent for production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is how you can view the customer orders and their status in creativehub:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click your profile name\/icon in the top right of your creativehub account<\/li>
  2. Select \u2018Art store settings\u2019 from the dropdown menu<\/li>
  3. Select \u2018Store fulfilment\u2019 from the left-hand side menu<\/li>
  4. Here you can check your orders through different options. Use the date range to view orders of a particular month or week, or search via the order status. Click \u2018Update\u2019 to view your recent orders<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
