You do not need to request fulfilment or place the order separentley with us via creativehub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We pull your orders from your store into creativehub once a day after midnight UK time. This means that if you make 10 sales on May 2nd, all 10 orders will be sent to our production system after midnight of May 2nd and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/drop-ship-orders-list-in-creativehub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">show in your creativehub account<\/a>\u00a0on May 3rd. This means you are charged a single\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/what-are-creativehubs-fulfilment-costs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">debit for fulfilment<\/a>\u00a0rather than multiple debits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive your order we will produce and ship the order within 2-5 business days. Details of tracking updates can be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/how-to-get-tracking-numbers-for-your-drop-ship-orders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">found\u00a0in this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"shopifys-request-fulfilment-button\">Shopify\u2019s request fulfilment button<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Shopify orders are automatically fulfilled as stated above. However, if you view your Shopify order prior to us automatically updating it as \u2018fulfilled\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/how-to-get-tracking-numbers-for-your-drop-ship-orders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">once the order is shipped<\/a>, you will see a \u2018request fulfilment\u2019 button. You do not need to push this button in order for us to receive the order, this button is simply a Shopify API requirement. If you push the request fulfilment button we will accept the request, though the order will be fulfilled as stated above.
