{"id":4361,"date":"2023-02-01T07:51:25","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T07:51:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4361"},"modified":"2023-02-01T08:13:52","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T08:13:52","slug":"products-not-importing-to-woocommerce","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/products-not-importing-to-woocommerce\/","title":{"rendered":"Why are my products not importing to WooCommerce\/WordPress?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unlike our other integrations such as Shopify &amp; Squarespace, WooCommerce (WordPress) is a self hosted open source system which means it is less of a controlled environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our WooCommerce service is fully functional, however, due to the above there can be unique settings applied to your WordPress site that can cause conflicts with our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-import-art-print-products-to-my-shopify-store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Product Import process<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to Import Products please try the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Import your products with the \u2018Shipping rates\u2019 options unticked. Predefined WooCommerce shipping rates can cause conflicts with our Shipping Profiles. Once imported you can change the shipping rates to whatever you wish.<\/li><li>Plugins to your WordPress instance can block our product imports. Try turning all your plugins off and try to import a product. If this works then turn the plugins back on back on one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.<\/li><li>Check your server permissions to ensure that you are not blocking our connection through some security setting.
