{"id":4356,"date":"2023-01-31T16:34:34","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T16:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4356"},"modified":"2023-02-01T08:14:09","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T08:14:09","slug":"squarespace-wrong-sku-number","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/squarespace-wrong-sku-number\/","title":{"rendered":"Why have my imported product SKUs changed to Squarespace SKUs?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When you&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-import-art-print-products-to-my-shopify-store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">import products to Squarespace<\/a>&nbsp;they are assigned a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/what-are-creativehub-skus-and-how-do-they-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">creativehub SKU<\/a>&nbsp;which is the identifier we use to pull orders into our production system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have correctly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprintspace.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-import-art-print-products-to-my-shopify-store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">followed the import process<\/a>, but your Squarespace Products have Squarespace SKUs which can be identified by a prefix of SQ (Example: SQ6826241) then you have incorrectly listed the Product for sale on your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two possible causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first cause could be that you have deleted the variant info for \u2018print only\u2019 or \u2018frames\u2019. If you do this Squarespace resets the SKU to a Squarespace SKU.
